Kurt Sloane (Van Damme) wants to take revenge for his brother severely injured by Tong Po, kickboxing champion. Kurt learns Muay-Thaï boxing with the help of a old Chinese master. He then fights Tong Po, with his hands wrapped in hemp bands, covered with resin and broken glass.
